All of our workers carry recent and relevant tickets. Checks of these tickets i.e. White Card, are all completed prior to placement onsite. Let us establish your requirements and we will do the rest.
To guarantee the upmost is being done to minimise risk to our employees’ health and safety, we ensure our employees come equipped with relevant PPE. Our employees also complete daily SWMS which are kept on record.
Punctuality is key at WorkHard. We will have our employees onsite 15 minutes prior to job commencement to ensure there is no disruption to the daily schedule.

Our Policies & Procedures
Prior to the placement of our employees on site we ensure:
- Employee screening to establish current tickets & relative experience
- All employees undergo WorkHard safety induction
- Employees have necessary PPE required.
- Site inspection of the proposed workplace has been carried out.
- Site specific induction and duties confirmed with the client
- Approve the client’s site-specific SWMS and OHS Management Plan.
- Agreement with clients and employees alike, to operate under site specific safety plans.
Throughout the duration of placement onsite:
- Regular contact with our clients.
- Carrying out workplace inspections ensuring a safe workplace.
- Regular OHS toolbox talks.
- Notifying change of workplace arrangements.
- Return to work plan in place – in the event of an injury we seek to get employees back to work as soon as possible.
- Acquiring feedback from our employees on the placement.
- We encourage our workers and clients to maintain regular contact with us to establish what can be modified or improved to benefit both parties.

- Provide employees confident in carrying out tasks following relevant OH&S policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure a safe workplace is provided.
- Establish adequate supervision of our employees to guarantee work is being completed safely and to the highest standards.

- Working alongside site project managers and supervisors to ensure COVID Safe plans are being adhered to.
